Garden Glow Supply
Light the garden you actually have
12V low voltage and solar lighting for paths, trees, terraces and water. Every kit leaves here with the transformer and the cable already sized for it, and we will tell you plainly which of the two suits your garden.
Sized before it ships
Order a kit and the transformer, the cable run and the connectors all come sized for it. No working out voltage drop on a spreadsheet at nine at night.
No electrician for 12V
Everything on the 12V side is extra-low voltage and plugs into an existing outdoor socket. Only a new socket needs a qualified electrician.
Free delivery over £150
Two to four working days, tracked. Under £150 it is £4.95. Pallet and two-person items are booked in by phone.
What are you lighting?
The quickest way into the range. Pick the part of the garden you are working on and we will show you only what belongs there.
12V low voltage, the range we sell most of
Three things we will tell you that most shops will not
- Solar is a summer product, and we say so on the page.
Output falls away from October. If you want light in January, buy 12V. Every solar product here carries a plain note about when it works and when it does not, because a light that disappoints you in December is not a sale worth having.
- Winter is the right time to install.
Bare borders, soft ground and nothing to damage. A cable run that takes an afternoon in January takes a weekend in May and costs you the planting. If you are planning a garden, plan the lighting into it now.
- The cable and the connectors decide whether it works.
Not the fittings. Undersized cable means the far end of the run is dim and stays dim. Gel-filled connectors and drainage under an in-ground fitting are the difference between three years and thirteen.
Or start from what you want to buy
Every collection below fills itself from the catalogue, so what you see is what is actually here and ready to go out.
Complete schemes, everything in one box
Not sure where to start?
Four short guides covering the questions we are asked most: whether to go 12V or solar, how to size a transformer so the far end of the run is as bright as the near end, why winter is the easier install, and how to light a garden without ruining it for bats, moths and your neighbours.
