"What should I put in my garden?"

The question we most like answering. Send:

  • A photograph of the garden in daylight — phone camera is fine
  • A rough sketch with distances, even a biro one
  • What you want lit: trees, steps, a path, a wall, water
  • Where the nearest outdoor socket is, or could be
  • Whether you want it on a timer, zoned, or dimmed

We'll come back with the fittings, the transformer size, the cable sizes and how to split the runs — and if the answer is "buy solar and spend a quarter of what you were about to", we'll say that too. No charge, no obligation.

Please crop out anything from the photo you'd rather we didn't hold — people, number plates, house numbers.

Other things worth emailing about

"Will this work at that distance?"

Send the wattage, the cable length and the cable size and we'll do the voltage drop. Or do it yourself — it takes five minutes.

Something has stopped working

  • Your order number — it begins with a # and is in your confirmation email
  • Whether it's all of the lights or the far ones (that one answer usually solves it)
  • A photograph, and of the packaging too if it's transit damage

A date to hit

Put it in the first line. Lead times tighten from March to July and event stock tightest of all.
