Solar, Best Bought for Summer
The whole solar range, with the season stated plainly.
Bought in March, a solar light gives you five good months before it starts to fall away, and by then you have had the use of it. Bought in December, it disappoints in week one.
That is not a knock on solar — it is the best value in the shop between May and August, needs no cable and no electrician, and can be moved on a whim. It is simply a product with a season, and we would rather say so on the collection page than take the December order and the January return. The full comparison is here.
If you want light in midwinter, buy 12V.
